We've lived in Tucson and bought and sold homes here for over 30 years before becoming real estate agents.  Jim's background includes experience in Contract Negotiation Marketing, Project Management and Proposal Peparation and Evelyn's gift is her artistic abilities and eye for what makes a house a home.  We find these skills apply directly to doing a better job as real estate agents.
